GUIDELINES
Poster abstract submissions for CNS Summit 2026 will open in July.
Poster presentations at CNS Summit cover the following drug and device development topics:
- ● Original research that expands existing knowledge
- ● Clinical trial results
- ● Clinical trial methodology
- ● Clinical trial management
- ● Collaborative conversations about the future of the industry
- ● Innovations in drug development
- ● Technological advances
- ● Collaborative initiatives
Requirements
The presenter of the poster must be an author listed on the abstract, and must be registered to attend CNS Summit. Your registration is not included in your poster submission acceptance.
Abstracts should be submitted as a Microsoft Word document and should not exceed 250 words. Title, authors, affiliations, and disclosures DO NOT count toward poster word count. Abstracts should NOT contain references, tables, graphs, or figures. Encore and late breaker abstract submissions are accepted.
Abstracts should be organized as follows:
- ● Title
- ● Presenters (first and last names)
- ● Affiliations (all presenters)
- ● Objective
- ● Design
- ● Results
- ● Conclusion
- ● Disclosures (include any funding and/or presenter conflicts related to the content of the poster)
All abbreviations and acronyms should be spelled out on first mention (including scales).
Presenters of accepted poster abstracts are responsible for supplying their own poster at the event.
