As a CNS Summit sponsor, you’ll receive special perks at the annual event and elevate your brand awareness as a company committed to the core values of collaboration, innovation, and technology.
This is the most prestigious sponsorship available at CNS Summit.
Availability is strictly limited. As a Premier Patron, you gain exclusive perks and VIP access, elite opportunities for enhanced visibility, privileged benefits and the option to custom tailor a unique offering exclusive to your company. The Premier Patron level includes all benefits of the Executive Patron plus exclusive additional benefits available only to your company.
The Executive Patron is an elevated experience that provides your company with additional exposure, exclusive perks and VIP access. Your package is customizable.
As a Patron, your company will stand out among an audience of industry leaders with enhanced exposure, while receiving special perks including VIP invitations and exclusive access.
Spotlight Session presentations are 50-minute “deep dives” into important topics in innovative clinical development. They are topic-focused, not company-focused, and are an excellent way to showcase your organization’s thought leadership and partnerships.
As a Spotlight Session host, you will curate a compelling multi-stakeholder panel. All panelists must register for CNS Summit; panelist registrations are not complimentary. Your sponsorship includes two Regular registrations for your company’s speakers. Many find benefit from packaging Patron partnership with a Spotlight Session, as the price reduction is significant, and the Patron partner passes can be used for company-hosted Spotlight Session speakers.
Your speakers’ photos and bios will be represented on the CNS Summit speaker webpage and Platform/Meeting App. Pre-Summit marketing graphics will be provided.
Spotlight Session hosts have the option to record their session at an additional cost as an enduring digital asset.
*Spotlight Session topics and speakers must be approved by the CNS Summit programming committee. Recordings must be confirmed prior to the annual meeting.
New Solution Presentations are 15-minute sessions showcasing your company’s novel solution or case study. They are company-focused and are presented by a single speaker with slide deck visuals.
As a New Solution Presenter, you will be recognized as a CNS Summit speaker on our speaker webpage and platform/meeting app. Pre-Summit marketing graphics will be provided. We welcome your company to create a press release around the session, as well.
This sponsorship includes one Regular registration for your speaker. All New Solution Presentations are recorded, edited, and provided back to you as an enduring digital asset. We encourage you to use the recording in an ungated fashion to amplify your message for your own marketing purposes beyond CNS Summit itself.
The CNS Summit exhibit experience is unique. Your exhibitor suite is a space where your company can continue the conversations started during the day, hosted by key members of your leadership team. Event registration IS included with Exhibitor Suite.

The exhibit hall is open November 2-3 from 5-7 pm each day. No other programming occurs during this time, and all CNS Summit participants are encouraged to engage in the activities in the exhibitor hall, including the CNS Summit-hosted evening reception and scientific posters session.
CNS Summit’s full days of fantastic programming are such that participants often feel compelled to stay from morning until night. Our branded charging stations are popular refuel stops for personal devices. This sponsorship includes your company’s logo prominently featured on the base of the charging station.
Provide a designed, branded graphic for front-and-center visibility on our digital billboards, placed in high-traffic locations in the event center. Your company logo and branding will rotate onscreen with the event information.
Set the wifi access password to your company’s name for excellent brand visibility. CNS Summit participants will use this password to log in to the wifi on-site.
Your company logo will exclusively greet all participants upon their initial login to the CNS Summit Platform/Meeting App, as well as during one additional login.
These 90-minute evening events are hosted on the event property with either an open invite to all CNS Summit participants or a closed invitation list (Patrons only), which the host company maintains exclusively. We encourage you to provide food and beverage during the event and to theme it to your creative and marketing desire. Open receptions will be listed on the CNS Summit Platform/Meeting App agenda, and we welcome you to promote the event on social media.
The Welcome Reception and CNS Summit Theme Party are our flagship events, open to all participants. As a co-host, you’ll gain increased brand visibility at one of these highly-attended, extensively marketed receptions, promoted via email, social media, and the CNS Summit Platform/Meeting App agenda.
Everyone enjoys a freshly brewed cappuccino or espresso. This sponsorship allows the option to host an all-day Barista Bar, or a Barista Bar at one of the three CNS Summit-hosted breakfasts. Your logo will be printed on the coffee cup. Signage with your logo will also be prominently placed at the Barista Bar.
The coffee stations in the main stage session ballroom and during the One-to-One Networking receive a lot of traffic. Your company logo will be placed prominently on signage at the coffee stations during your sponsored session.
Get your company’s logo into the hands of annual event participants. The logo is printed directly on all of the hotel room key envelopes for CNS Summit’s room block.
The CNS Summit scientific poster sessions are a well-attended and
valuable part of the innovative conversations for which Summit is
known. By supporting this award, your company’s logo will be
featured on the onsite signage and on the poster abstract page
within the CNS Summit Platform/Meeting App.
Additionally, your company will have the opportunity to select one
representative to assist in judging the poster abstract submissions.
The chosen individual must be approved by CNS Summit.
If company visibility is your goal, this sponsorship places your logo in one of the most visible and highest trafficked areas during the event. This seating lounge is placed in the center of all activities during Summit. It becomes the natural, go-to place to host conversations, meetings or simply a momentary rest. Sponsorship of the social lounge includes your company’s logo on signage throughout the seating area.

By securing a private networking table, you create the
opportunity to book meetings, network and conduct
business in a dedicated and focused environment.
The tables are located in the Networking Space open
from 10am-3pm on November 2nd and 3rd. Coffee,
tea and water will be available throughout the day.
